We are seeking a motivated and results-driven inside sales representative to join our growing team in Chandralayout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, with strong expertise in inbound and outbound calling, lead generation, client interaction, and email communication. You will play a key role in driving revenue by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and preparing quotations for potential customers.
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
Follow up with leads via calls and emails to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Draft and send professional quotations and email proposals to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support when needed.
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong experience in lead generation and telecalling
Proficiency in quotation preparation and email writing
Good understanding of market trends and sales tactics
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree
6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc. preferred)
