We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and nurturing customer relationships — all from within the office or remotely. This role plays a key part in meeting revenue goals by qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
Engage with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote products and services.
Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with lead and customer information.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing and client onboarding.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Handle customer objections and follow through to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
