We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B or tech sales. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client follow-ups, and supporting the field sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Understand customer requirements and explain product/service features.
Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data.
Follow up on leads and drive engagement until conversion.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Support proposal and quotation generation when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or tech domain.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing tools, and MS Office.
