Position: Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor

Engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to explain course offerings.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate training solutions.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure successful enrolments.
Achieve monthly sales/enrolment targets.
Build long-term relationships with learners by providing guidance and support.
Excellent communication skills (English and regional language preferred).
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Prior sales/EdTech experience is a plus (freshers with strong communication can also apply).
Immediate joining is required.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on performance & experience).
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/- per month based on targets achieved.
