Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Powai. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective buyers, and scheduling site visits for residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided leads or databases.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales pipeline on CRM tools.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and site visits.
Assist walk-in and inbound queries when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
Ability to understand customer needs and pitch effectively.
Target-driven with a strong follow-up ethic.
Basic knowledge of Powai real estate market is a plus.
