Job description: Inside Sales Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside sales Executive to manage and maintain relationships with our vendors. The ideal candidate will will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, introducing our products, and building customer relationships to drive sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Upsell the company’s products to existing and prospective clients.
Identify and target potential corporate and individual buyers, generate leads, and drive closures.
Foster and maintain enduring relationships with customers through exceptional after-sales service.
Proactively source new sales opportunities via cold-calling and email outreach.
Conduct product presentations to both prospective and existing buyers.
Build and nurture customer relationships.
Regularly follow up with customers on current offers and discounts.
Maintain detailed reports and MIS – daily, weekly, and monthly.
