Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C client acquisition. An MBA degree will be considered a plus and may offer growth advantages within the organization.
· Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
· Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products or services accordingly.
· Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain follow-ups to ensure conversion.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
· Maintain CRM and regularly update client information and sales progress.
· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
· Coordinate with the field sales or product teams to close large or strategic deals.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 1–3 years of proven inside sales or tele-calling experience.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
· Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
· Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
· MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
· Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI sector.
