Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking.
● Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
● Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
● Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
● Attend industry events, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
● Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or related fields preferred)
● 0 - 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
● Knowledge of the industry or product is a plus
