Key Responsibilities
• Actively engage inbound and outbound leads (students, professionals, institutions).
• Qualify leads, maintain CRM records, and manage the sales funnel.
• Conduct presentations, handle objections, and close sales to meet enrolment targets.
• Build strong student relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for enrolments, revenue, and conversions.
• Report on performance metrics and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for better conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2C/B2B roles (preferably EdTech).
• Excellent communication (English & Tamil , English Telegu and English Kannada) negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and meeting targets.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Compensation & Benefits
