Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive (1–4 years experience) to join our team. The role involves promoting ViSuIQ’s placement and career advancement courses, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain course offerings.
• Present the benefits of placement courses and guide candidates toward enrollment.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely lead conversion. • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
• Update lead data, feedback, and daily performance reports.
• Work with HR and marketing teams to boost lead flow and conversions.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or education sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English.
• Target-driven, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management preferred.
