Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This
role is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online
channels to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive revenue growth. The ideal
candidate is a proactive communicator, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, follow up on marketing campaigns, and conduct product presentations
remotely.
• Maintain a high level of daily outbound activity (calls, emails, follow-ups).
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
• Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align on campaign efforts and
opportunities.
• Accurately manage all sales activities.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and close smaller deals independently.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new features, trends, and market
conditions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or business development experience (B2B/B2C).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a team-player mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling in industry, e.g., Enterprise IT services.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
