Provide freight service information to customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Search clients from Google or online exporter sites and generate leads by making cold calls & emails.
Cold calling from available data.
Resolve queries and encourage freight service purchases.
Lead generation from database and online sources.
Fix appointments and build client relationships.
Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Deal with shipping lines, domestic and international agents for pricing requirements.
Ability to generate sales and leads independently.
4 months–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Good communication skills – Oral & Written.
