We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales / Admission Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring they find the right course to meet their educational and career goals.
Manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads
Counsel students and parents about available programs and admissions process
Achieve individual sales targets and quarterly admission quotas
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM system
Assist students with application documentation and deadlines
Deliver excellent customer experience through clear, empathetic communication
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Strong listening, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with students and parents
