Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in the United Kingdom through outbound calls, understand their requirements, and promote suitable service solutions. The position requires strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to UK customers and present relevant service offerings.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom, broadband, or warranty solutions.
Utilise effective sales techniques to convert leads into successful sales.
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to maximise revenue.
Maintain detailed records and follow-up tasks using CRM and sales tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Perform efficiently under a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Candidate Profile
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
Highly motivated, confident, and goal-driven.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Prior experience in international calling processes will be an added advantage.
Problem-solving attitude with strong persuasion skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Must having an excellent English communication skill.
