We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Operations & Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations while leading the sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. This dual-role position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality and sales.
Supervise and coordinate front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams.
Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to complaints, and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow market share (corporate, leisure, groups).
Manage online travel agency (OTA) channels, direct bookings, and hotel website content.
Create promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal offers.
Maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event organizers, and local partners.
Track sales targets, occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Train and mentor staff across departments to ensure exceptional guest service.
Schedule staff and manage workforce needs in line with occupancy.
Conduct performance reviews and assist with hiring and onboarding.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Control operational costs and optimize resource usage.
Forecast revenue and analyze financial reports to guide decision-making.
