We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assessing client needs, and offering suitable home loan products. You will play a key role in helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership while meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent customer service.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new customers through cold calling, referrals, online inquiries, real estate agents, and builders.
Customer Engagement:
Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate home loan solutions.
Loan Processing Support:
Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is collected.
Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan disbursements.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Market Intelligence:
Keep up-to-date with competitors’ products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback for management review.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any bachelor's degree, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in home loan sales, financial services, or banking .
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and persuasive abilities
Good knowledge of mortgage/home loan products
Familiarity with loan documentation and credit processes
