Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our Timeshare Company. As a Holiday Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting members and prospective clients in planning their holidays, promoting our vacation ownership programs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a key point of contact between our clients and the various holiday options we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their holiday preferences, needs, and expectations.
Promote and sell vacation ownership products, membership plans, and upgrade options.
Assist members in booking holidays and utilizing their timeshare points/weeks effectively.
Provide detailed information about available destinations, resorts, and travel options.
Follow up with prospective clients and leads generated from marketing campaigns or walk-ins.
Maintain relationships with existing members to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the reservations and operations team to ensure seamless holiday experiences.
Handle queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, resort offerings, and company policies.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer service targets.
Key Requirements:-
Proven experience in travel sales, hospitality, or timeshare industry preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for travel and holidays.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
