💰 Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month (based on experience & performance)

Walk-in Incentive: ₹300 per confirmed site visit

Booking Incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per client (project-dependent)

🟩 Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. You will be responsible for calling incoming leads, understanding their needs, qualifying them, and fixing site visits for premium residential projects in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane.

🟦 Key Responsibilities:

Call and qualify leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and CRM database

Understand client requirements, budget, timeline & location preference

Share accurate project details (Brochures, Price, Location Pins, etc.)

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the advisory/sales team

Maintain and update lead tracker/CRM on a daily basis

Regular follow-ups with warm leads till they visit the site

Work closely with the founder for project training and conversion strategy

1–3 years of telecalling/pre-sales experience (real estate preferred)

Fluent in Hindi & English (Marathi an added advantage) Strong communication and follow-up skills Basic w
