Key Responsibilities:
Guest & Visitor Management:
· Welcome, assist, and register visitors at the marketing office.
· Handle client queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
· Coordinate site visits, office tours, and client meetings.
Communication & Coordination:
· Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to facilitate guest needs.
· Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials for client interactions.
· Support event coordination and marketing campaigns as needed.
Administrative & Reporting:
· Maintain visitor logs, records, and documentation.
· Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for senior marketing personnel.
· Ensure proper upkeep of the reception area and adherence to office protocols.
Process & Digital Support:
· Assist in digital visitor management and CRM updates.
· Use MS Office and other tools for reporting and communication.
