Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our organization as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical and Electronics (Communication) with at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a results-driven approach to achieve the company’s growth and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
Oversee daily operations across all departments including Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Service.
Lead and mentor senior management teams to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities in the Electrical & Electronics (Communication) sector.
Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Implement innovative processes and technologies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Report to the Board of Directors on performance, progress, and strategic initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and organizational excellence.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
In-depth technical knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, and Communication systems.
Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial or EPC projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Sound financial acumen and business analytics capability.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple operations effectively.
Preferred Background:
Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or power/electrical equipment industries.
Exposure to government tenders, PSU projects, and large industrial clients.
Demonstrated success in scaling operations and achieving business growth targets.
Experience handling a workforce of 100+ employees across departments.
