We are looking for a Franchise Sales Manage to join our team Prologic Web Solutions. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15k to 22k along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Overview:
We seek a driven Franchise Sales Manager to grow our franchise network in Noida. You will recruit new partners, nurture existing ones, and help them launch successful outlets. Your efforts will shape our expansion and drive mutual success.
Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit high-potential franchisees
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Present our business model through meetings and demos
Collaborate on marketing plans to promote franchise opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor moves to spot growth areas
Guide franchisees through onboarding, operations, and best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 0–3 years in franchise sales, business development, or similar roles
Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Technical: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Knowledge: Familiarity with franchise regulations is a plus

BBA / MLIS
Salary:
₹15,000/month stipend for freshers during the first 3 months
₹18,000-22000/month post-training + performance-based incentives
