Responsible for expansion of franchise network Pan India.
Handling investment size of 20 lacs and above by explaining the concept and business model to HNIs, SMEs and investors from diverse backgrounds.
Ensuring collection of budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
Ensuring appointment of targeted number of franchise outlets/stores every month by creating and managing a healthy pipeline.
Lead generation through various marketing activities like participation in franchisee Exhibition, Webinar, Event, social Media promotion etc.
Travelling across cities in India to meet prospective investors and explain the business model and ensure closure.
Ensuring collection of all the documents as per the checklist and execution of the contract prior to opening of the outlet.
Handling cross functional team comprising of members from from NSO, Legal, and accounts etc. and ensure smooth onboarding of prospective channel partners.
Doing any other duties and tasks as assigned and advised time to time by the management or reporting managers.
