Job Purpose:
Bethliving is on an aggressive expansion path, and we are looking for a Franchising Executive to drive the growth of our franchise network across India. This role is exclusively responsible for recruitment, lead generation, and execution of new franchisees — from initial contact to full onboarding. The candidate must be highly self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with multi-language communication.

Key Responsibilities:
🔍 1. Franchise Recruitment
• Proactively identify and attract potential franchisees through digital outreach, referrals, direct enquiries, and networking
• Qualify and evaluate prospects based on financial capability, business intent, and regional potential
• Present the Bethliving franchise opportunity through structured presentations, virtual meetings, and personal calls
• Guide interested parties through the evaluation process and address questions on investment, operations, ROI, and support
📞 2. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
• Own the entire lead generation pipeline — from first contact to closure
• Use CRM tools to manage and track all leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed
• Coordinate with marketing for lead campaigns and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain a clear dashboard of leads by geography, interest level, and conversion stage
🚀 3. Franchise Onboarding & Launch Implementation
• Once a prospect is finalized, coordinate internal activities to ensure successful onboarding:
• Agreement signing
• Location finalization and approval
• Store design and setup support (coordination only)
• Initial stock planning and training schedule
• Act as the single point of contact for the new franchisee during the setup phase, until operations begin

Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: BBA or MBA (Sales, Marketing preferred)
• Experience: 1–2 years in Sales / Franchise Development / Business Development
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and at least 2 regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi preferred)
• Other Attributes:
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and people-handling skills
• Quick learner and self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Good organizational skills and comfort with lead tracking / CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for franchise onboarding and market follow-ups (as needed)
