Roles & Responsibilities
● Lead, manage, and motivate the lead generation/telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets. ● Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions to enhance productivity. ● Ensure leads are sourced, qualified, and updated accurately in the system. ● Maintain team discipline, attendance, and work quality standards. ● Plan and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and overall efficiency. ● Coordinate with management and sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. ● Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with the management. ● Handle escalations and resolve team-related or client-related issues promptly. ● Maintain a positive and motivating work environment. Required Skills ● Strong leadership and team management skills. ● Excellent verbal and written communication. ● Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. ● Good understanding of lead generation & customer handling. ● Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ● Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools (added advantage). ● Confident, disciplined, and performance-driven.
