The Floor Manager at Sakhiya Skin Clinic is responsible for maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring excellent patient service, coordinating with doctors and therapists, and upholding the clinic’s high standards of hospitality, hygiene, and professionalism.

Ensure smooth patient flow from reception to treatment rooms.
Handle patient concerns, feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
Monitor waiting times and ensure timely service delivery.
Supervise reception, therapists, and housekeeping teams on the clinic floor.
Ensure staff grooming, attendance, and discipline as per clinic standards.
Allocate tasks and monitor daily performance.
Coordinate with doctors and counselors for appointment scheduling.
Ensure clinic ambience, hygiene, and treatment rooms are always ready.
Check equipment functionality and coordinate for maintenance.
Maintain proper stock of consumables and raise requirements on time.
Monitor adherence to SOPs of Sakhiya Skin Clinic.
Support counselors and front desk in achieving daily/monthly targets.
Oversee billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage.
Ensure patients are informed about offers, packages, and services.
Maintain daily MIS reports: footfall, sales, appointments, leads.
Ensure safety protocols and compliance with clinic policies.
Assist in audits and follow corrective actions.
