Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to lead our telemarketing team in driving lead generation and sales through effective outbound calling strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales, team leadership, and performance optimization, with the ability to meet targets while ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage telemarketing campaigns to meet sales objectives.
Supervise, train, and motivate telemarketing representatives.
Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team effectiveness.
Prepare call scripts and communication guidelines.
Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve team performance.
Track and analyze campaign performance, generating detailed reports for management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead quality.
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on performance management.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM and call center software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Five9).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with B2B or B2C telemarketing campaigns.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with customer segmentation and database management.
