Field Sales Executive with expertise in sales to join our growing team.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for field sales to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business development.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services. Analyses competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic planning.
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, channels partner, cold calling.
Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the company's sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development targets and objectives. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals. Close deals and secure contracts, following up on agreements to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and outcomes.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies with company objectives. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Proven experience in business development for software sales.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build relationships at all levels.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
