Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with proven experience in lubricant sales. The ideal candidate must be currently employed under lubricant dealers and have a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales of lubricants to industries, workshops, and other end-users.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients.

• Meet decision-makers directly and close deals.

• Identify market trends and provide feedback to management.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must have current and relevant experience working under lubricant dealers.

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in lubricants.

• Strong knowledge of different types of lubricants and applications.

• Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.

• Excellent communication and customer convincing skills.

• Local language (Kannada) is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi, English, or Tamil is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively in and around Attibele, Bangalore.
