Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Executives to manage on-ground activities for our Insta Help vertical. This role involves field visits, partner coordination, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily field visits to key locations as per assigned schedule.

• Coordinate with service professionals and ensure timely service delivery.

• Conduct quality checks and capture service feedback on-site.

• Assist in onboarding and training of new partners in the field.

• Handle customer grievances or service issues promptly and escalate if needed.

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and visits.

• Ensure adherence to Urban Company’s service standards and SOPs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or customer service.

• Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. (For Male Candidates Only)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
