Nexoria Kids is a Bengaluru-based educational startup offering after‑school classes within residential societies. We’re at the seed stage, testing ideas and learning what works. As our first hire, you’ll own ground execution and help shape operations from day one.

💼 Role Overview

You’ll drive on-field tasks across apartment complexes, coordinate instructors, collect feedback, and support whatever it takes—from logistics to client outreach.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute proof-of-concept demo sessions in residential societies

• Coordinate instructor logistics: scheduling, attendance tracking, and venue liaison

• Collect feedback from parents/students, monitor session quality, and report insights

• Support ad-hoc activities: demo bookings, promotional outreach, local partnerships, and attendance conversion

• Assist with expense recording, data entry, and other operations as needed

• Liaise regularly with founders on field insights, challenges, and process improvements

🔧 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in field operations, delivery, coordination, event execution, or similar

• Comfortable working across multiple housing societies in Bengaluru

• Excellent communicator in english and kannada with strong organizational skills

• Self-starter, adaptable, and able to think on your feet in dynamic situations

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

💰 Compensation

• Base Salary: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA

• Performance Incentive: Based on demo success, feedback scores, or meeting task goals

• Growth Opportunity: Role scope can expand into full operations responsibility or leadership with startup scale
