JOB TITLE: Export Sales Executive / Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Durable Fastener Pvt. Ltd. is expanding globally — and we're seeking a technically proficient, execution-focused, and globally ambitious Export Sales Executive / Manager to anchor our international business.
You will be responsible for full-lifecycle export operations — from B2B international client acquisition and strategic GTM planning, to execution, documentation, compliance, and post-sales servicing.
Target Markets: MENA, Europe, ASEAN, LATAM, Americas, and Africa
LOCATION & WORK STRUCTURE:
• Base: Surat Branch Office
• Timing: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (modifiable per export region time zone)
• Type: On-site, Full-time, No WFH or part-time
• Commitment: Minimum 2-year service commitment (legal agreement)

SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹40,000/month
• Incentives: Target-linked, monthly (no upper cap for outstanding performance)
• Annual Appraisal Cycle: April
• Final CTC depends on qualification, experience, interview, and level of supervision, training required

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Global Market Development
• Generate leads and partners in MENA, ASEAN, EU, LATAM, and Africa
• Execute region-wise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
• Convert OEMs, importers, industrial buyers, and distributors
• Attend sourcing expos, virtual fairs, and country-level trade events
2. International Client Handling
• Manage full sales cycle: inquiry → quotation → sample → PO → dispatch → feedback
• Communicate professionally via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom
• Customize packaging, test reports, documentation, MOQ, and Incoterms per country
3. Export Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and review PI, Invoice, Packing List, COO, FSSAI, LC sets, Bill of Lading, AWB, and HSN codes
• Adhere to all Incoterms: FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW, etc.
• Coordinate with CHA, DGFT, EEPC, FIEO, embassies, freight agents, and customs
4. Shipment Execution
• Finalize dispatch plans with production, QA, and logistics
• Oversee container stuffing, labeling, inspection, seal tracking
• Ensure timely documentation, photo logs, and shipment records
5. Reporting & CRM
• Update Zoho/Excel CRM with leads, quote status, and sample follow-ups
• Submit monthly reports: region-wise sales, forecasts, and client issues
• Maintain quotation closure status, conversion %, and documentation logs

• Region Revenue Target and Logistics Optimization – 100% achievement
• Lead-to-Order Conversion – Minimum 30%
• PI to Dispatch Timeline – Max 14 days
• Documentation Accuracy – 100%
• CRM Pipeline Updates – Daily
• On-Time Delivery Rate – Minimum 96%
• Repeat Order Ratio – Minimum 65%
• Trade Council Interaction – Minimum 5/month (EEPC, FIEO, DGFT)
REQUIREMENTS & PROFILE:
• Degree in International Business, Engineering, BBA, or MBA (preferred)
• 1–5 years’ experience in industrial product exports (fasteners/hardware preferred)
• Familiar with Indiamart, Alibaba, GlobalSources, Zoho CRM, Excel, and Tally
• Hands-on with LC, DDP, COO, HS Codes, export invoicing & compliance
• Experience coordinating with EEPC, FIEO, and DGFT
• Knowledge of CE, RoHS, REACH, ISO, and other quality certifications
• Product understanding: Drywall Screws, Chipboard Screws, SDS, STS, Machine Screws
• Strong English (written/spoken); additional language is a plus
• High discipline in follow-ups, CRM updates, and documentation accuracy
• Willing to travel/relocate as per business needs to HQ, warehouse, port, logistics facilities, regulatory bodies, expos, or client sites
