Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to generate leads for IT products and services.

• Create and personalize email templates to improve engagement and response rates.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.

• Perform A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and call-to-action.

• Ensure emails comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain domain reputation.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads.

• Manage follow-ups for interested prospects and maintain an updated CRM or lead sheet.

Required Skills

• Proven experience (6 months – 3 years) in B2B Email Marketing or Lead Generation within the IT industry.

• Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.).

• Knowledge of email deliverability, inbox placement, and IP/domain warming.

• Excellent written communication and data management skills.

• Ability to handle and operate multiple sender email IDs effectively.
