Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Design & Management: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for B2B clients (e.g., startups, SMEs, IT managers, CTOs) to drive engagement and conversions.

• Lead Generation: Build and segment lead lists (sourced from LinkedIn, industry events, webinars, etc.) to target decision-makers with personalized campaigns.

• Content Creation: Write professional and technical email content, including newsletters, case studies, promotional offers, and drip campaigns (e.g., welcome series, follow-ups).

• Automation Setup: Implement automated email workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Brevo to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize strategies through A/B testing.

• Brand Awareness: Develop content that highlights our software development and design services to build brand credibility and awareness.

• CRM Integration: Integrate email marketing efforts with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to support the sales pipeline and track leads.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
