Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for elevators/lifts through site visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet with builders, contractors, architects, corporates, and individual clients to promote company products.
Understand client requirements, conduct site surveys, and suggest suitable elevator solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical/installation team to ensure project execution as per client requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals.
Prepare sales reports, track pipeline, and provide regular updates to management.
