The Education Program Advisor is responsible for guiding students through various academic programs, helping them choose the right courses based on their goals, and supporting them throughout their learning journey. This role requires strong communication, counseling abilities, and a deep understanding of the institution’s programs.
Provide detailed information about educational programs, courses, and learning pathways.
Counsel students to understand their interests, career goals, and academic needs.
Assist students in selecting appropriate programs based on their skills and aspirations.
Conduct one-on-one sessions via calls, messages, or in-person interactions.
Maintain updated knowledge of all programs offered by the institution.
Handle student queries and provide accurate guidance.
Assist in enrollment and admissions process when required.
Maintain student records, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with training teams to ensure students receive proper support.
Provide motivational support and encourage students to stay engaged in their learning journey.
Strong communication (English/Hindi/Marathi).
