Job Summary:

Sunshine Fortunes Education is hiring a student-friendly and energetic Overseas Education Counselor for our Greater Noida office. The role involves guiding students and parents on study abroad opportunities — primarily for Germany, UK, Canada, USA, Australia, and Dubai. You will be responsible for end-to-end counseling, from profile assessment to application and visa support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling to students about study abroad options, suitable courses, universities, and career pathways.

Assist students in shortlisting universities based on their academic background and preferences.

Guide students through application requirements, timelines, and document preparation.

Support with drafting SOPs, LORs, resumes, and visa documents.

Handle follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure smooth progression.

Maintain accurate student records using CRM tools.

Coordinate with backend processing teams and university representatives.

Participate in webinars, info sessions, and education fairs as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).

Confident, approachable, and good at rapport building.

Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

Prior experience in overseas education counseling or edtech is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
