Job Summary:

As an Education Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your role will be to guide them through our course offerings, understand their academic goals, and recommend suitable programs. You’ll help ensure they make informed decisions and have a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Counsel students and parents about course options and exam preparation strategies.

Understand individual student needs and suggest the most suitable programs.

Follow up with leads and maintain a record of student interactions.

Coordinate demo classes, trial sessions, and admission processes.

Assist with enrolment and payment-related queries.

Maintain student records and update CRM databases.

Work closely with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).

1-3 years of experience in counselling, preferably in an educational or coaching environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).

Familiarity with entrance exams such as IIT JAM, UGC NET, etc., is a plus.
