We are looking for an Education Sales Consultant to join our team at Miraspark Academy. The role focuses on guiding students toward the right training programs, meeting enrollment targets, and ensuring an excellent learner experience. The position offers a fixed in-hand salary + performance incentives along with opportunities for career growth.
Engage with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
Explain course details, benefits, internships, and job support clearly.
Conduct demo sessions via Zoom/Google Meet when required.
Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective students.
Consistently follow up and manage leads using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years (sales/EdTech experience preferred, but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Sheets, and CRMs.
