The ideal candidate will guide prospective students or clients through digital marketing career options, course offerings, and help them choose the right learning path or services. You will play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments or sales through effective communication, counselling, and follow-ups.

• Counsel students or clients on various digital marketing career paths, trends, and skill requirements.

• Explain course structures, learning outcomes, and potential job roles post-completion.

• Respond promptly to leads through calls, emails, or chats and maintain consistent follow-ups.

• Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions or service clients.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of student/client interactions in the CRM.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

• Provide feedback on frequently asked questions or client concerns to improve product offerings.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends to give informed advice and insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or a digital marketing-related role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up systematically.
