Role: Sales Closer (Full-Time)
Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh
Experience Required: 1–4 years in Sales/Admissions/EdTech/High-ticket Closing
Key Responsibilities:-
• Handle qualified leads from webinars, workshops, and funnels.
• Conduct sales calls (Zoom/Phone/WhatsApp) to convert leads into paying customers.
• Pitch and close offers ranging from ₹499 to ₹4,000+ (workshops, courses, mentorships).
• Maintain high conversion rates by following scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and CRM process.
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to maximize revenue per lead.
• Deliver daily/weekly sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand credibility.
Requirements:-
• Proven experience in Sales / Counselling / Tele-calling / Business Development / Admission Counselling.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable with high-ticket sales and working on commission-based structures.
• Ability to work under pressure and hit revenue targets consistently.
• Tech-friendly: Must be able to use Zoom, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Google Sheets.
• Based in Bhilai (or willing to relocate).

• Salary: ₹9,500 – ₹40,000/month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives & Commissions.
• Expected take-home potential: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000/month (base + commissions).
