Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Specialist at the organization’s high-tech Experience Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective learners and parents. Your role will focus on understanding their career goals and guiding them toward suitable educational programs through consultative selling and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Lead Conversion & Sales
Handle walk-in queries, inbound leads, and follow-ups with prospects.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand learner goals.
Recommend appropriate learning paths and programs based on individual needs.
Convert leads into course enrollments while ensuring a seamless experience.
💬 Consultative Counselling
Explain the value proposition, program outcomes, and career impact.
Answer queries and provide clarity on course content, duration, pricing, and payment plans.
📈 Target-Driven Execution
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and pipeline progress.
🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to deliver a unified customer journey.
Share lead feedback and consumer insights to refine messaging and offerings.
Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in inside sales, academic counselling, B2C telesales, or education services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up consistently.
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
