Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Education Counsellor who can engage with prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them toward suitable programs and learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a student-first attitude, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel and guide students through the admission and enrollment process for various programs.

Understand the student’s profile, interests, and career objectives to suggest suitable courses.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students.

Explain course details, eligibility, benefits, and career outcomes effectively.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up details in the CRM.

Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment and counselling targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Stay updated on the latest trends in education and career development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory).

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to handle student queries professionally and empathetically.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.

Prior experience in EdTech, counselling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
