Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Education Counselor to join our team and provide guidance and support to students, parents, and educators. The successful candidate will help individuals achieve their educational goals by providing expert advice on course selection, career paths, and academic planning.

Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students, parents, and educators on educational matters

- Help students identify and achieve their academic and career goals

- Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and interests

- Provide information on educational institutions, courses, and career paths

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to support student success

- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and counseling activities

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field 6month or

- 2+ years of experience in education counseling or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups

- Knowledge of educational systems, policies, and procedures

- Certification in education counseling or related field (e.g. NCDA, NACE)
