🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Candidate needs to call the business person to onboard their business on Various platforms.

Marketplace Management: Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and others.

Content Optimization: Write and edit product content for e-commerce websites/portals, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.

Collaboration: Work closely with product management, graphics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Platform Management: Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date.

Customer Experience: Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience: Minimum of 6+ months in a fast-paced e-commerce business.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals; knowledge of platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or related platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education: 12th Passed & Above.
