Job Description – Ecommerce Sales Executive

We are looking for an Ecommerce Sales Executive with hands-on experience managing online sales on Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing product listings, handling orders, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day online sales operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

• Upload and manage product listings, pricing, and inventory

• Process and track orders, payments, and deliveries

• Coordinate with logistics and customer support for smooth order fulfillment

• Handle customer queries related to products, orders, and payments

• Monitor sales performance and suggest ways to increase conversions

• Manage discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns

• Ensure smooth checkout and payment gateway operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce sales (Shopify experience mandatory)

• Understanding of online sales processes and order management

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce tools, dashboards, and reports

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify apps and integrations

• Knowledge of online marketing, offers, and upselling

• Basic Excel or sales reporting skills
