We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E-Commerce Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in managing online sales operations. The candidate should have basic working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and be capable of handling product listings, monitoring sales, and coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure smooth online business operations.
Manage, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Track and analyze daily sales, returns, and inventory movement
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch
Monitor and execute promotions, deals, and discounts on platforms
Assist in preparing and maintaining sales reports and MIS
Handle basic customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams
Suggest improvements to increase sales and visibility on online platforms
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce sales/operations
Hands-on experience with at least one marketplace dashboard (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic to intermediate level)
Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
