We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing GST-compliant accounting, supporting purchase operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records using Vyapar software. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, GST compliance, and inventory management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & GST Compliance
Maintain accurate records of purchase invoices and related GST documentation.
Reconcile GST input credits with purchase data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with tax consultants to facilitate timely GST return filings.
Support daily accounting functions related to purchases, inventory, and e-commerce transactions.
2. Purchasing Operations
Assist in managing and tracking purchase orders, vendor communication, and procurement documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of all purchase-related transactions into accounting systems.
3. Inventory Management
Oversee inventory tracking and stock updates using Vyapar software.
Monitor stock levels and ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and promptly.
Generate regular inventory and stock reports for management review.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or mismatches to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Proven experience in accounting and GST compliance, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with Vyapar is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, tax consultants, and internal teams effectively.
