Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Account Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing A+ content, running and analyzing paid ads (PPC), maximizing ROI, and handling complete backend operations including warehouse onboarding and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and categories.

• Develop and implement A+ content strategies to improve product presentation and conversion.

• Set up, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads) to ensure maximum ROI.

• Monitor daily account health including pricing, buy box, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

• Handle returns, order management, warehouse onboarding, and fulfillment-related activities.

• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, campaigns, and compliance updates.

• Monitor competitor activity and pricing to ensure competitive positioning.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, ad spend, and performance metrics.

• Troubleshoot listing or account-related issues and resolve them quickly with platform support teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, and other platforms.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations from listing to order fulfillment.

• Experience with A+ Content, FBA/FBM, PPC campaign management, and ROI optimization.

• Familiarity with inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.

• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Amazon Advertising or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Experience in brand/store launch and end-to-end marketplace management.
