We are looking for an E-commerce Account Manager to join our team at Assort Machine Tools Co. This role requires managing and growing our presence on international e-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay, identifying new opportunities, optimizing listings, and driving revenue growth across different country portals. The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace knowledge, excellent communication, and a result-oriented mindset.
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay for multiple international portals (US, UK, EU, etc.)
Identify and implement strategies to increase visibility, sales, and profitability on each platform
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, order management, and product uploads
Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor listings to stay ahead
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and resolve account-related issues
Create and manage advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and conversions
Analyze sales data and prepare reports on marketplace performance
Ensure compliance with platform policies, taxes, and export documentation
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 1–3 years managing Amazon/eBay seller accounts (international marketplaces preferred)
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, SEO, and online marketing
Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or eBay Seller Hub
Ability to multitask, manage portal-specific strategies, and meet sales targets
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Familiarity with international trade, listings optimization, and order reconciliation
