Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Account Management
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on Experience of Marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etc.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Plan and execute sales promotions, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns to drive conversions.
• Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize ad spend, visibility, and conversion rates.
3. Platform Optimization & Execution
• Ensure best-in-class product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Monitor and improve organic ranking, reviews, and ratings on platforms.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure on-time inventory fulfilment and avoid stock outs.
4. Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Track sell-through rates, traffic, conversion metrics, and ROI for all platforms.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in pricing, assortment, and promotions.
• Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
